Return

Every consumer who makes an online purchase has the right to return the ordered product in original packaging and condition without giving a reason.

Of course, this is no different with all our online shops.
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the contract without giving reasons for 14 calendar days.

We have chosen to set the deadline to 30 days. This will take place at the time of the order (not on receipt)!

During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging carefully. He will only unpack or use the product to that extent to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain the product. If he uses his right of withdrawal, he will return the product to the entrepreneur with all the accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.

When you want to return a package or item, our online retailers have the following guidelines:

Return period and terms and conditions
The buyer has the right to terminate the contract without giving reasons for 30 calendar days after receiving the order. The customer must make the dissolution via our contact form (choice Item Retour) known. It is also possible to sign in the return via your logged-in account.

In case of dissolution, the item should be returned to us immediately and responsibly (i.e.: with as little risk of damage as possible) and according to our instructions. After the expiry of the said period, it is no longer possible to terminate the contract without giving a reason and the buyer is deemed to have accepted the products and/or services. The following additional conditions shall apply in order to benefit from the right of return:

The product must be returned in new condition, i.e. undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.
The right of return does not apply to arrived cosmetic products.
The original invoice must be sent along.

Return exclusion

I'm sure you understand that you can't return the following items:

  1. Software packages, ink cartridges and magic cassettes whose seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
  2. Consumables such as perfume, make-up, etc whose packaging has been opened.
  3. Items such as earplugs, in-ear hedsets, style and curling irons, toothbrushes and massage, shaving, or epilatory devices whose packaging has been opened. You can't trade these for a hygienic reason anymore.
  4. Redeemed or completed vouchers or vouchers.

Return cost
The costs of returning a product are borne by the buyer. In the case of returns by the customer to the address of our online shops, the risk of damage and/or disappearance of products rests with the customer up to the time of delivery. Therefore, you are advised to send the return package registered. Returns that are not sufficiently franked will be rejected at all times.

Return receipt confirmation
Upon entry of the return, you will receive a confirmation within 5 working days that our relevant online store has received the package.

Inspection of return receipt
After entering the return, the ordered product is inspected. If it is incomplete, used, damaged or no longer sold as 'new', our online retailers reserve the right to return the package to you free or to make you a settlement offer on the amount we can refund to you. All our online retailers reserve the right to refuse the package and return it to you free of charge.

Refund times after a return or cancellation
The amount will be refunded within 14 days of the return being entered into the same account as the order was paid.
We can ask you to provide proof of dispatch.
