We will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00, we try to ship the same day. This does not apply to all products. This only applies to those who are in stock with us in the warehouse. The delivery time varies from 2 to 5 working days depending on which country it is sent to.
However, we do not always succeed in fulfilling this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. This is usually given broadly:
Product in stock: Delivery time 2 -5 working days.
Product not in stock and still available: Delivery time will be sent to you.
Products that are not in stock and are still available can simply be ordered. Usually you have to count on a maximum of 3 weeks delivery time. If this deviates, we will let you know by email.
If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you here as soon as possible and on time.

Delivery takes place via parcel delivery from GLS or POSTNL. We may differ by working with DPD, DHL, GLS or UPS or other international carriers. We choose to do business by weighing up quality, reliability and price.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
However, you will receive a tracking number after shipment so that you can keep an eye on the package yourself.
