To improve our service, returning products is possible up to 30 days after placing the order instead of the legal 14 days. We charge the date of return from the placement of the order with the status "shipped", not after receiving the goods. This then comes up net (depending on the destination between 20 - 28 days). You can easily arrange the returns through our store. The rule is that the goods comply with our return policy. In general, this means:
- Not all products can be returned (see our return policy).
- Products must be able to be sold again in original condition and well packaged!
- The costs for returning are for you as a customer.
- The risk for return shipping lies with you as a customer. We advise you to send by registered mail.
